Some people say, “I feel bad Doc. Fix me up.” And others say, “I need you to fix me up Doc.” The last statement suggests you want to get better, and that you are willing to make the effort. Regardless of the way you feel about your disease there are two things you have to do if you want to improve your health. First, you must want to get better, and second, you must believe your body has the power to fix itself without any outside interference. Your practitioner only acts as a go-between, giving your body those elements it needs to complete its healing work. All healing is readily available for your body and it costs nothing. However, this innate healing power is suppressed and unable to do its job because you expect someone else to do its work.
